Terms of Service

Last updated 3 November 2026. These terms are between you and Anoran Technology, Indonesia ("we"). Questions: enerchi@anoran.id.

1. What Enerchi is

Enerchi is an entertainment and reflection product built on feng shui and BaZi traditions. It gives you a daily "Luck score", lucky colours, hours, directions and rituals. It is not science, and it does not predict or guarantee anything. Luck is a way to pay attention to your day, not a promise about money, health, love, work or any other outcome.

2. Not advice

Nothing in Enerchi, including the Kochi AI chat, is financial, investment, medical, mental-health or legal advice. Do not use it to make decisions about money, treatment or legal matters. If you are in crisis, contact local emergency services or a helpline (findahelpline.com).

3. AI chat (Kochi)

Kochi is an AI. It can be wrong, it only talks about feng shui, BaZi, luck rituals and Enerchi, and it will decline other topics. Do not share sensitive personal information in the chat. Messages are kept for 30 days (see the Privacy Policy). We may limit usage per day and may block misuse.

4. Your account

You can use the free reading without an account. An account is needed to buy Pro and use Kochi. Keep your sign-in method secure and give accurate information. You can delete your account any time in Me → Delete account.

5. Pro, billing and renewal

Pro is offered monthly or yearly (with a 7-day free trial for new accounts, one per account). Prices are shown at checkout in your currency, including any taxes. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel any time and keep Pro until the period ends. Our order process is run by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle, whose buyer terms apply to the purchase. In Indonesia you can instead buy a prepaid pass through DOKU, which does not renew automatically. Refunds are covered in the Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no scraping at scale, no attempts to break or overload it, no use of Kochi to produce harmful, unlawful or deceptive content, and no resale of Pro access. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Our content

Enerchi, Kochi, the text, designs and software are owned by Anoran Technology or its licensors. You may use them for personal, non-commercial purposes. Shared luck cards are fine to post with the Enerchi mark intact.

8. Availability and changes

We try to keep Enerchi available but do not promise it will be uninterrupted. We may change features, the calculation method (we say so in the app when we do) and these terms. If a change is material we will tell you; continuing to use Enerchi means you accept it.

9. Liability

Enerchi is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on a reading. Nothing here limits rights you cannot waive under consumer law where you live, nor liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia, without limiting any mandatory consumer rights in your country of residence. Disputes go to the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia, unless mandatory law gives you the right to use your local courts.
